Mom's Weigh-in= 206.5 lbs Down 1.5lbs

Goals:

Punishments: Go to the gym 5 times this week for an hour each time (or more)

Nicole's Weigh-in= 137lbs Down 1lbs

Goals: Do an extra 10-20 of cardio every gym day

Punishments: 30 mini squats every morning and night 


Lindsay's Weigh-in = 147.4lbs UP 2lbs 

Goals: Loss 3lbs this week

Punishment: 20 push ups 3 times per day
